How we handle the details you send us
This notice covers valdervo.com and email to Valdervo. Sites we build for clients carry their own notices.
Who we are
Valdervo LLC, a Colorado company that designs, builds and runs websites.

What we collect
- What you type into our mockup forms: your email address, your company’s website, name or ticker, and, if you add them, your name and a note.
- Anything you send us by email, and the details in your email signature.
We don’t add analytics, advertising trackers or cookies to this site.
How it reaches us
Our forms send your request through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails it to our business inbox on Google Workspace. Web3Forms and Google handle it under their own privacy policies. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the mockup or concept you asked for.
- To discuss the project with you, send a proposal, and follow up.
We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails while we’re in touch about your project and delete them within two years of our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the service agreement requires.
If we wrote to you first
We use business contact details your company has published. Reply “no thanks” to any message and we won’t contact you again.
Your choices
Email harrison@valdervo.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll act on it within 30 days.
