Monthly care
Launch is the start. The monthly plan covers hosting, the changes you send us and a monthly check for anything out of date.
Email us what needs to change, in plain words. Once we have everything we need and you’ve approved any new wording, it’s live within two business days. Plans include one to four edit requests a month.
We review every page each month for stale dates, broken links and outdated details, and fix what we find.
For public companies, SEC filings are listed from EDGAR automatically. Everything else follows the sources and approvals we agree at setup.
Hosting on Cloudflare with HTTPS. Every version of your site is kept, so an earlier version can be restored.
Most visitors arrive on a phone, so we design for phones first and keep pages light.
Built and tested against WCAG 2.2 AA. Your proposal lists the pages and documents we test.

Every plan includes hosting, the monthly check, two rounds of revisions before launch, and changes live within two business days. The build is paid 50% to start and 50% at launch, and you can cancel the monthly plan with 30 days’ notice. Rather not pay upfront for Basic? Spread the build over the first year: $240 a month for 12 months ($2,880 in all, $180 more than paying upfront), then $100 a month. Investor plan details are on the investor websites page. Anything beyond your plan is quoted before work starts.

You do. The domain stays registered in your name, and from launch you can read your site’s code repository. If you ever leave, we help you move it.
New text, photos, hours, prices, team members or a news post on pages we’ve already built. Basic covers one edit request a month, Standard two and Managed four. One request is one email with any number of changes, up to 30 minutes of work. A new section, a redesign or anything beyond that gets a price from us first, and nothing is billed until you agree to it.
When we have everything we need to make the change and your approval of any new wording. Business days are Monday to Friday, U.S. Mountain Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
No. We start from your current site, your filings and anything you send, and write the pages for you to approve.
The price drops to the regular Basic fee of $100 a month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
You can, and for some businesses that’s the right call. What you pay us for is the upkeep: changes made within two business days and a monthly check, so the site doesn’t fall behind your business.
You don’t have to wait for us. From launch you have read access to your site’s code repository, a copy of your content and written instructions for putting the site online, so another designer can take over at any time. Any web host can serve it, and the domain stays in your name.
No. We only change the records that point your website to its new host and leave your email settings exactly as they are.

Nothing we write goes live without your sign-off.
You know the build price and the monthly fee before we start.
Cancel the monthly plan with 30 days’ notice. Only the nothing-upfront option runs a full year.
The site, the domain and your content are yours if you ever leave.
Tell us your company name and website, or a few lines about your business if you don’t have a site yet. We’ll send back a mockup built from your own content. No call needed to look at it.
