For companies quoted on OTCQX, OTCQB and OTCID

Your investor information, kept current.

We build your corporate and investor site, then keep it up to date. SEC filings are listed from EDGAR automatically, press releases are posted from your newswire feed, and your team approves any new wording before it goes live.

From $3,900, then $300 a month. Live in about three weeks, and you approve everything we write. Not a bank? See the company investor example.

Why this matters

Your website is where investors check you out after a press release.

The SEC’s own advice to microcap investors is to review the company’s website. Here is what they often find on OTC company sites today.

Newest news item: 2022

The company has put out plenty of releases since, but the site stopped being updated when the person who ran it moved on.

Annual report: 2023

The investor page is a list of PDF links, and this year’s results and dividends aren’t on it.

Investor page: none

The ticker isn’t mentioned anywhere, so investors go to a quote site and read whatever is there.

What you get

A complete investor site, run for you

Everything an investor, analyst or exchange reviewer looks for, in one place. Feeds keep it current, and we handle the rest within your plan’s monthly allowance.

SEC filings listed automatically

For SEC filers: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxies and insider forms, checked on EDGAR every hour through the business day. If you report elsewhere, we post from the source we agree at setup.

Press releases from your newswire

Posted from your newswire feed under rules you approve, with an archive investors can search. Releases outside the feed go up within two business days, or on release day at a time agreed in advance with the Managed plan.

Share structure and stock quote

Shares outstanding, warrants, options and dividend history on every plan. The Managed plan adds a delayed quote where a data provider covers your ticker.

Email alerts

Investors sign up for news, filings and events, and can unsubscribe in one click. You own the list. Included in the Managed plan, with sending to up to 5,000 subscribers.

Built for phones, tested for access

Designed for phones first, and built and tested against WCAG 2.2 AA. Your proposal lists the pages and documents we test.

Your story, told plainly

A clear page on what the company does, why it matters and what comes next. It’s the part most investor sites skip.

Disclosure basics in place

Forward-looking statements, dated archives and notices on links that leave your site.

Hosting and changes included

Hosting on Cloudflare with HTTPS, every version of the site kept, and a set number of postings and edits each month.

  • Longer release-day coverage or other services
Ask for a quote

Not a public company, or only need a simple site? Our Basic plan is $1,500, then $100 a month, for up to 5 pages. See all four plans

All plans: 50% to start, 50% at launch, and cancel the monthly plan with 30 days’ notice. An edit request is one email with any number of text or image changes to existing pages, up to 30 minutes of work. The archive limits apply to the move at setup; documents you add later stay for as long as you want them. Scanning paper, fixing inaccessible PDFs and rebuilding missing documents are quoted separately. The Managed quote comes from a free data source where one covers your ticker; a paid market-data feed, if you want one, is added at cost and agreed before you sign. Anything beyond your plan is quoted before work starts.

Questions

What investor-relations teams ask us

We don’t file with the SEC. Does this still work?

Yes. Banks and companies that report under OTC Markets’ alternative or international standards get the same site. We post your reports and releases from the source we agree at setup, within two business days, or on release day at a time agreed in advance with the Managed plan. The automatic EDGAR feed applies to SEC filers.

Why does this cost more than an IR template service?

A template service gives you an investor page inside its own layout. We design, build and run your whole corporate and investor site, and make changes within two business days.

Who owns the site, the domain and the alert list?

You do. From launch you can read your site’s code repository, and the domain stays in your name. If you leave, we transfer your subscriber list and help you move.

Which plan do we need?

Standard suits most banks and small companies: your results, reports and filings kept current within two business days. Choose Managed if releases need to be on your site the day they go out, or you want email alerts and a stock quote. Larger companies, or anything neither plan covers, get a custom quote. Our Basic plan is for simple company sites and doesn’t include an investor section. You can move up later and pay only the difference in the build fee.

How does release-day publishing work?

You tell us the release date in advance and send the final, approved materials by an agreed deadline. Once the release has gone out through your newswire or OTC Markets, we publish it on your site, check that it’s live, and then send any email alert. Your agreement sets the coverage window, the materials deadline, the publication target and a named backup contact.

When does the two-business-day clock start?

When we have the complete materials and any approval we need. Business days are Monday to Friday, U.S. Mountain Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Filings from EDGAR and releases from your newswire feed follow the schedule agreed at setup.

What if Valdervo stops looking after the site?

You don’t have to wait for us. From launch you have read access to your site’s code repository, a copy of your content and written instructions for putting the site online, so another developer can take over at any time. Any web host can serve it, the domain stays in your name, and the subscriber list is yours.

Will moving the site affect our email?

No. We only change the records that point your website to its new host and leave your email settings exactly as they are.

What happens behind the scenes

Hosting
Cloudflare Pages, served over HTTPS from Cloudflare’s global network, separate from any banking or internal system.
Your files
Plain web files in a code repository you can read from launch. Every change is saved as a version, so an earlier release can be restored. Restoring the site can’t recall an email alert that has already gone out.
Sources
At setup we agree where each item comes from: EDGAR, your newswire feed, or documents you send.
Approvals
Nothing we write goes live without your sign-off. Feeds follow rules you approve at setup.
Records
Every posted item keeps its source, its approval and the time it went live. Old documents stay dated in the archive.
Response times
We reply to email within one business day. Routine changes go live within two business days of receiving complete materials and any approval (Monday to Friday, Mountain Time, excluding federal holidays).
Backup contact
Your agreement names your main contact at Valdervo and a backup, so release-day work and urgent fixes don’t depend on one person.
If we stop
You already have the repository, a copy of your content and the instructions to put it online. We transfer the subscriber list and help you move hosting. The domain stays in your name.
